Shari Hills works from her garden studio in South East Cornwall. Her watercolour paintings are inspired by nature and sometimes involve the addition of handmade papers collaged onto the paper surface to create texture or the use of inks or crayons to develop depth and atmosphere.

Shari teaches regular watercolour classes and workshops in Saltash, Cornwall and Horrabridge, Devon as well as residential painting breaks at Dillington House in Somerset. www.dillington.com She also demonstrates and leads workshops for art groups and societies, a professional associate of the Society for All Artists.

Currently you can see more of her work at the ISCA Gallery in Budleigh Salterton, Devon (closed Thursdays) and at Bridge Gallery, Barletts, Harrow Barrow, Cornwall PL17 8BP (closed Mondays and Tuesdays) where Shari  is a partner in a collective of 12 local artists and crafts people.
